Prior to QuckHeal, response time was less than a second. But, the customer support of QuickHeal is worst! If there's any superlative to worst, then that is also not suffice to rate these guys.

When I raised complain first time and they couldn't resolve, they told me that their technical expert will call me. A lady called same day, but I couldnt take such an abrupt call without prior intimation.

So, we agreed to meet two days later. That person never called till date. I published this experience on Twitter. Immediately, someone named as Mr. Ankush called. He gave very high hopes of service and we agreed to meet after few days. He did call me on the agreed day. He arranged a technical expert, named as Mr Wagh, to review my system. Mr Wagh spent almost an hour. Then we agreed to continue the session a week later, ie on 25th Oct. I understand someone get good experience and others can get bad experience, but don't digest how a company can be so unprofessional and don't even bother to respond?

They took payment from me and manually delivered the key after 4 days. Repeated phone calls and mails were required. Looks like crooks. Installed the software in 2 windows PC. I am using OS Catalina. Horrible experience. It vanished my desktop icons, Finder won't start, Mail won't start. Put me in real panicky situation for an hour. I really didn't know it was because of this crap.

Tried to find solutions in internet and nothing worked. After sometime Spot light also vanished. Just tried uninstalling quick heal and everything was back to normal. Useless guys. This quick heal internet security is a useless product it has not done anything when there was a cerber ransomware attack. Best Experience. Smooth experience ever. My fav antivirus for lost 11 years.
